It increases the effects of the insole, but also acts on the foot and ankle (stimulating or inhibiting action).
There are 4 different sizes, to be chosen according to the shoe size:
- small (≤ 31),
- medium (from 32 to 37),
- normal (from 38 to 43),
- large (≥ 44 and sports with shin guards).
The strap should be placed on a pair of socks thick enough, not next to the skin (risk of irritation).
