Parcels are usually shipped between 2 and 7 days after receipt of your payment. All parcels must be delivered against signature.
Warning: during a delivery by the carrier GLS, if you choose the option of "residential deposit" (deposit of the package at the place of your choice, without signature), and you dispute the proper receipt of the package, it will be impossible to open a claim to compensate you. The online shop "PosturoShop" can not be held responsible and no refund or return of products will be possible.
For the following countries: Luxembourg, Belgium and France (excluding DROM-COM), the shipping costs are 8€ and are free from 80€ of order.
For other European Union countries (including Switzerland), delivery costs are calculated automatically according to the delivery address entered.
For deliveries outside the European Union, please contact us via the "Contact" page so that we can inform you of the amount of shipping costs.
Import fees (customs) may be charged to the customer for any order to be shipped outside the European Union. The online shop "PosturoShop" cannot be held responsible, and therefore cannot pay its costs on behalf of the customer.
Shipping costs include packing, handling and postage.
We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders together and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each.
Please know that we take great care in the packaging and protection of products. The online shop "PosturoShop" can therefore not be held responsible in case of deterioration due to external sources (transport...). The customer must ensure that the parcel is in good condition at the time of delivery, and issue reservations if necessary, because no claim will be accepted afterwards.
